RSI - OUTSIDE FORENSIC AUDIT PANEL

The New York Liquidation Bureau has released a “Request for Statement of Interest” in order to constitute an outside forensic audit panel.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Statement of Interest, released on Thursday, December 27, 2007.


RFP - DOCUMENT IMAGING SERVICES

The New York Liquidation Bureau requires the services of a qualified document imaging company to scan approximately 5,500 physical annuitant files and/or convert current microfiche cards to digital imaging.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals released on Friday, December 07, 2007.

Review of Material to be Imaged (Added December 14, 2007)

The NYLB invites all Proponents to visit the NYLB to view ELNY's physical files and microfiche cards. The NYLB will arrange to meet with Proponents on either Monday, December 17th or Tuesday, December 18th between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please coordinate a site visit with Joanne Imperiale at 212-341-6512 or via e-mail at jimperiale@nylb.org.

Note that the site visit is solely to give Proponents an opportunity to review the material to be imaged. All questions regarding this RFP must be directed to the NYLB's Chief Compliance Officer, John Pearson Kelly, in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFP.


RFP - ARCHITECT

The New York Liquidation Bureau requires a licensed architect to provide services in connection with the Bureau’s use of its offices at 123 William Street, New York, New York.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals revised on Wednseday, January 9, 2008.


RFP - REAL ESTATE BROKER OR CONSULTANT

The New York Liquidation Bureau requires a real estate broker or consultant to provide services in connection with the Bureau’s lease of its primary office premises at 123 William Street, New York, New York.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals released on Wednesday, November 21, 2007.


RFP – ANALYSIS AND COLLECTION OF REINSURANCE RECOVERABLES
- Deadline Extended Until December 21, 2007

The New York Liquidation Bureau requires the services of a qualified consultant to assist the Bureau with the analysis, administration and collection of reinsurance recoverables in the insolvent estate of Midland Insurance Company.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals revised on Thursday, December 13, 2007.


RFP – MAJOR POLICY HOLDER CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION
- Deadline Extended Until January 4, 2008

The New York Liquidation Bureau requires a qualified consultant to provide major policy holder claims administration services for three insolvent insurance company estates under the Bureau’s management.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals revised as of Thursday, December 13, 2007.


RFP – ESTATE TRANSACTIONS FINANCIAL ADVISORS

The New York Liquidation Bureau seeks the services of one or more financial advisors to assist the NYLB with two separate possible transactions involving each of Midland Insurance Company (“Midland”) and Frontier Insurance Company (“Frontier”).  Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposals, revised as of Tuesday, November 20, 2007.

- Deadline Extended Until November 19, 2007

The New York Liquidation Bureau has released a “Request for Statement of Interest” in order to reconstitute its outside counsel panel.  Attached is a copy of the Request for Statement of Interest, revised as of Friday, November 2, 2007.


RFP – WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION

The NYLB seeks the services of a qualified third party administrator to provide cost-effective workers’ compensation claims administration.
