Autoglass Insurance Company ("Autoglass") was incorporated under the laws of the State of New York on May 1, 1997.

Autoglass was licensed to transact the business of glass insurance in accordance with paragraph 8 of Section 1113(a) of the New York Insurance Law.   Autoglass maintained its principal place of business in Horseheads, New York.   Autoglass, by a unanimous vote of its board of directors, approved resolutions consenting to an order of liquidation and the filing of an application to liquidate the company.

An Order of Liquidation was filed on January 9, 2012 in the New York County Clerk’s Office.
