Austin Liberty Insurance Company (“Austin”) was incorporated on or about December 15, 2008.

Austin’s proposed principal office was to be located in the County of Queens, State of New York.   Austin has not obtained a certificate of authority or license, or requested an extension to do so.

Austin was placed into liquidation on July 20, 2011, by order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
