Atlantic American Health Insurance Company (“Atlantic”) was incorporated on or about August 15, 2007.

Atlantic’s proposed principal office was to be located in the County of Suffolk, State of New York.   Atlantic has not obtained a certificate of authority or license, or requested an extension to do so.

Atlantic was placed into liquidation on July 20, 2011, by order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
